Returns

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Returns are free — there are no restocking fees.

How to Return

Email us at sixteen.eighty.one.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We'll email you a return authorization and instructions.

You are responsible for shipping the item back to us using the carrier of your choice.
(We recommend using a trackable method for your protection.)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item or size, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
